READ BEFORE ORDERING! This notice supersedes anything on the website. Orders are processed based on product availability, the online inventory system DOES NOT accurately reflect existing inventory, it reflects available products for order. It takes days of program coding to update the website to accurately reflect in stock inventory. Once again just because the website says something is "IN STOCK" does not mean it is immediately available for shipping. We currently ship out roughly 100 orders per week, this website has grown faster than we have the ability to keep up with do to the popularity, quality and performance of our products. Our order avaerage still remains shipped in 2-3 business days, despite many orders being 2-3 week wait times. AVERAGE is calculated by total volume of orders. AVERAGE shipping time is not guaranteed, it is a rough estimate based on total volume of orders processed nothing more nothing less. ONCE AGAIN THERE IS ZERO GUARANTEE that your order will be shipped out within the 2-3 day average. Choke Express is a small business with limited resources and a limited labor force, when one person is out or sick it effects the efficency of the business, it causes delays. We do our best to get orders out as fast as possible. Please understand that we are doing everything we can to overcome a series of chaotic events in life over the past few months that have set back timelines on various projects, I do not have a magic wand to just make things appear. As the business has grown so have issues with fraud, we have more fraudulant flagged orders in the last 6 months than we have had in the previous 5 years of credit card transaction processing. Many of these issues are resolved in a matter of days others extend out 10 to 30+ days. I've had 15 orders fully processed and pre flagged as fraud, only to have 12 of thise orders go unpaid. In total the value of product lost is $2,384 in the last 6 months alone. This hurts not only us as a business it extends out to our entire customer base as well as it will soon reach a point where we have to factor product loss into the overall calculation of cost of products. This isn't something we want to do unfortunately it is something that if continued we will have to address further. THIS NOTICE IS AN UPDATE as to the status of the business, we are doing everything we can to process orders as quickly as possible, we are still in the turbulance of all prior events in life, we are working our way out of all of tha chaos as quickly as possible. Please be patient and please understand that we are doing our best to meet the needs of everyone equally. Once available time is present I will address the current issues of thr website so it will be accurate and a reliable source of inventory. Until then please understand that it is nothing more than an estimate. An estimate that we likely do have something in process or already finished as 90% of the entire site is IN STOCK or IN PROCESS of being finished inventory.

REPETITIVE "WHEN WILL IT BE DONE" QUESTIONS WILL RESULT IN YOUR ORDER BEING CANCELED AND A REFUND BEING ISSUED.
